Sean Pryden is a Managing Director and Private Wealth Financial Advisor located in the San Francisco High-Net-Worth Office of Wells Fargo Advisors. Sean is responsible for working with high-net-worth families to assist them in effectively managing their wealth, first by identifying each client’s unique goals and then by coordinating a team of specialists to implement custom, comprehensive wealth plans to help accomplish those goals.
Sean began to have an active interest in the financial markets at a very young age and subsequently started his career with Wells Fargo in 2005. In his current role, he continues to stay abreast of economic and tax developments that may impact his clients. Because he loves to help people and solve problems, Sean finds the various “puzzles” he encounters each day to be engaging and enjoyable. He particularly has a passion for wealth planning – especially when it comes to modeling scenarios and helping his clients make informed decisions in the face of a major life event.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and earned his Master of Science in Commerce and Economic Development from Northeastern University. Sean is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as well as holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation.
Within his community, Sean is involved in multiple non-profits, including his roles as Board President for PEP Housing and as Treasurer of the Santa Rosa Symphony. Additionally, he is a member of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council.
A fourth-generation Californian, Sean lives in Sonoma County with his wife and four children. He has a passion for wine, music, and reading, and he spends substantial time every month volunteering in the community.
