Comprehensive Retirement Plan Solutions

Our team of seasoned retirement plan professionals are passionate about delivering fully customized retirement plan solutions designed to achieve the objectives of plan sponsors. This includes minimizing fiduciary liability, optimizing plan designs for employees and advocating for participants to make retirement readiness a top priority.

What We Do

We will act as a 3(21) fiduciary for your plan and provide customized recommendations. This includes Target Date Fund portfolios, ongoing performance reporting, and helping participants invest wisely through time-tested asset allocation strategies based on their financial situation.

Our structure allows you to maintain discretionary control and final decision-making authority for your plan and investments made available to participants.

Fiduciary Support Services

We offer guidance to help you stay in compliance with ERISA and investment management fiduciary requirements. We also support your investment selection and monitoring responsibility by assisting you in formalizing and documenting your prudent fiduciary processes related to your Investment Policy Statement.

Benchmarking Analysis

We create reports that identify and compare specific plan elements such as: plan features, investment-related information, plan oversight and plan-related fees with other plans of similar size or demographics. To ensure that your plan complies with 408(b)(2) disclosure regulations we run a fee benchmarking analysis and then asses the reasonableness of record keeper costs relative to the services received.

Participant Education and Enrollment

Our team will help you develop easy-to-use online enrollment applications, as well as educational opportunities to increase employee participation and assist them in making informed savings and investment decisions.

Target date funds are mutual funds that periodically rebalance or modify the asset mix (stocks, bonds, and cash alternatives) of the fund’s portfolio and change the underlying fund investments with an increased emphasis on income and conservation of capital as they approach the target date. Different funds will have varying degrees of exposure to equities as they approach and pass the target date. As such, the fund’s objectives and investment strategies may change over time. The target date is the approximate date when investors plan to start withdrawing their money, such as retirement. The principal value of the funds is not guaranteed at any time, including at the target date. More complete information can be found in the prospectus for the fund.
