1. Join Our Practice

If you want to explore joining our group, we are currently seeking new team members who share our entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to doing what is best for clients, not shareholders.

2. Share Office Space

If you want to start your own independent practice, consider leasing space in our growing offices. We’ll provide the necessary support to help you make the step up from being an employee to becoming an independent advisor.

3. Sell Your Book of Clients

If you are getting ready to retire or transition out of the business, we would love to discuss the possibility of purchasing your book of business and assisting you in transitioning your clients to a team that shares your values.
