Beth pursued her interest in finance and investing that began with her father, and combines her extensive experience throughout major market shifts with an educational approach to help guide her clients. She builds integrated financial strategies that address each individual’s specific needs at each life stage to help achieve positive financial outcomes.
Background and experience
A Financial Advisor for over 30 years, Beth began her career with Janney Montgomery Scott. She continued to develop her fundamental investment knowledge and experience providing advice and guidance to her clients at Merrill Lynch and then Wheat First Union, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors.
Recognizing the value of a team approach to providing personalized financial advice to individuals, families, and small businesses, she joined her practice with Larry Berne and Leon Lieberman in 2006.
Beth earned the designation of a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst in 2006. In her role as a CDFA® professional, she helps clients evaluate and plan for the financial effects of divorce settlement decisions.
She earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CFP® professional certification in 2006. To earn this designation, she has demonstrated skill in analyzing and developing personal long-term financial strategies. She has completed hundreds of hours of rigorous financial planning courses and examinations. CFP® professionals are bound by a strict code of ethics and a fiduciary standard of care. In addition, she holds an MBA from Temple University.
Away from the office
Away from the office Beth spends her free time with her twins. They like to stay active both physically and mentally, whether it’s skiing, yoga, biking together, or taking trips into New York City to visit museums and see shows.
Beth also volunteers her time as part of the Women’s Divorce Alliance. This organization provides support and education to empower women before, during and after a divorce.
The use of the CDFA® designation does not permit Wells Fargo Advisors or its Financial Advisors to provide legal advice, nor is it meant to imply that the firm or its associates are acting as experts in this field.
