As a Financial Advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Solomon Chemo implements a discipline for our client's investment strategy to help manage risk and returns.

Early in his career, Solomon was fortunate enough to have had the pleasure of working alongside one of the hardest working men in America, his father. As partners in a corporate car service business in New York City servicing large law firms and financial institutions, he learned the number one rule of always putting the clients' interests above everything else. This value coupled with integrity and hard work helped build a very successful business. His 26 years of industry experience with firms such as Gruntal & Co. and Smith Barney have provided a wealth of financial knowledge. In his current role, Solomon turned the business acumen he acquired into the guiding principals at Richmond Wealth Management. This has been the key to help build a practice that he is extremely proud of.

As a responsible citizen and resident of New Jersey, he continues to actively support the community and local charities. Solomon proudly serves as a Board member for several organizations: President of the Board of the Staten Island Jewish Community Center and past Co-Chair of the JCC Sunrise Summer Camp. Co-Chair of the Louis R. Miller Leadership Award Breakfast, Member of the Advisory Council of SCORE- Staten Island, Past Chairman of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, Past Board Member of the Boys Scouts Staten Island Council, James Vurckio Foundation and the Small Business Development Corporation. Recipient of the 2008 Boy Scouts Good Scout Award, and the 2008 20 under 40 Award* by the SIEDC. Recipient of the 2013 Louis R. Miller Business Leadership Award**, which is based on involvement in the Staten Island business community and its local community organizations.

Solomon maintains a regiment of physical fitness and coaches several youth organized sports teams. He is a proud family man, sharing a home in Monmouth County, NJ with his wife, Kimberly, and their two sons, Andrew and Jake.

Linda Glessing

    Linda's career started in Manhattan over 30 years ago working for a small insurance company, as Secretary to the Vice President. Shortly thereafter, she changed gears and started a career with a Japanese Brokerage Firm, where she was Executive Secretary to the Executive Vice President of the Trading Department. It is here where she developed her excellent communication skills and learned the importance of meeting deadlines on a timely basis. Experiencing both the American and Japanese trading experience, she came away with strong work ethics and an appreciation for the cultural experience as well. After several years at the brokerage firm, she went on to become a Legal Secretary for a large corporate law firm. Here she met the challenge of a very demanding and diversified industry. Confidentiality, strong work ethics, deadlines and corporate client interaction became part of her everyday experience. She spent several years working at the law firm, until the birth of her first child. It was then that she left this career behind to take on the greatest and most rewarding career of all: being a mother.

    After having the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for many years, she decided to embark on a new career, this time in finance. She fully embraced the challenge of returning to work in an industry that once again, was new to her. Having experienced the environment of working in large firms, she welcomed the opportunity of working in a smaller family-like environment. Impressed by the work ethics and overall mission of Richmond Wealth Management, she became part of their family, as a Marketing Associate. Once again, she relied on her skills and past experience to provide her with the know how needed to succeed. Although new to the finance industry, she understands the importance of being well informed and planning for the future.

    When not working, Linda can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family, walking and biking. She also enjoys shopping. perfecting her cooking skills, getting together with friends and family or curled up with a great book.

    Clorinda Ratto

      Clorinda began her career on Wall Street over 25 years ago as a Secretary for the Margin Department. Learning everything she possibly could there and wanting to expand her career, she went to work for one of the largest Brokerage Firms. It was there that she supported the Manager of Client Services and Quality Assurance. Her career path led her to Institutional Sales and Trading. This new venture was not only exciting but very rewarding as she became an Institutional Sales Assistant. This position sharpened her skills as a multi-tasker. Her attention to detail, time sensitivity and overall office skills caught the attention of the Director of Research and Head of US Equity Sales. She took on a more challenging role as an Executive Assistant to the COO, Director of Research and Head of US Equity Sales and managed 18 assistants and acted as liaison between syndicate and. institutional sales department. Several years after becoming an Executive Assistant to several Managing Directors in the Global Equities Department she left Wall Street to become a stay-at-home mom.

      After having the privilege of raising her children, she felt it was time to go back to the Financial Industry. Lured with the opportunity of working close to home and the firm’s ethics she became part of the Richmond Wealth Management Team as a Client Associate. With the skills she acquired on Wall Street, she continues to support and contribute her knowledge and experience as a valuable member of Richmond Wealth Management.

      In her leisure, Clorinda thoroughly enjoys being a mom and wife, spending quality family time with her husband and their two children. She loves traveling, cooking and physical fitness.

      Benjamin A. Carbonella

        His career began in the Financial Industry as an Intern with Richmond Wealth Management. Recognizing his eagerness to learn, maturity, capability and his dedication he became part of the Richmond Wealth Management Team as an employee within a few short months. Having learned the importance of teamwork, time management and hard work he began his journey into the world of finance.  Benjamin relied on his educational background to successfully become a valued member of our Richmond Wealth Management Team. 

        He values his position at Richmond Wealth Management and views it as an important stepping stone towards his career goal of becoming a Financial Advisor. Benjamin grew up watching and learning from his father, an owner of a successful Accounting and Consulting Firm on Staten Island.  It was here Benjamin gained an immense interest in the World of Finance. 

        Currently Benjamin is a second-year college student where he is studying Accounting and Economics.

        In his free time Benjamin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, taking every opportunity to meet new people, network and continue his desire and willingness to learn.
