When you first start talking to Bob, his easy confidence and low-key demeanor will naturally put you at ease. But don’t let that fool you — he’s a person driven by purpose; someone people around him instinctively turn to for leadership. For Fourte Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, he spearheads planning for the practice, including investment management and portfolio curation in collaboration with his partners. In short, he gets things done, for his team and his clients.

Bob started his career after getting his Business Administration degree in 2002 from Chicago’s Loyola University. After a stint in the banking unit of JP Morgan Chase, he moved back to St. Louis and began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2006, later earning his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC^®) designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2008.

A Dedication to Families 

When Bob discusses his client service approach, most often it’s with a focus on the family. He loves working closely with them — taking the time to get to know everyone’s needs and goals and helping demystify financial concepts. Simply, Bob believes investment planning should prepare you for what we hope will happen, what we think will happen, and what we hope never happens. He also believes in involving both spouses in his meetings, and strives to get to know their children, too.

His experience shows that investing the effort to build those relationships also builds trust while ensuring the bespoke financial plans he creates for them will have enduring relevance and value in helping his clients’ families achieve their goals.  
 

And a Dedication to Service Outside the Office

When he’s not serving his clients, Bob supports many organizations close to home that have missions close to his heart. He’s served as board chair for Loyola Academy, a Jesuit middle school in St. Louis city. He also supports Variety Children’s Charity, Cor Jesu Academy and St. Louis University High, his alma mater, as well as being a strong advocate for Boys Hope Girls Hope.

He lives in the Hill neighborhood in St. Louis and has three children, Ellie, Leo and Charlie. They all love being outdoors and treasure the time they get to spend together at Lake Perry in rural Missouri.
