Kelly began her professional journey with a degree in History and a minor in Psychology from Southern Illinois University. Although she initially planned to become a teacher, her career path evolved toward business and process optimization, spending nearly 20 years with a Fortune 500 advertising company in roles spanning professional account management, training and operational improvement.

In 2018, Kelly made the leap to financial services, starting at TD Ameritrade where she completed her licensing and foundational training. She joined Wells Fargo Advisors the following year. She has quickly become an indispensable member of Fourte Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.

She holds multiple industry licenses, including the FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, 9, 10, and SIE, underscoring her commitment to ongoing growth and excellence.

Kelly currently supports Financial Advisors Melissa Roessler and Richard Kinchelo, helping to prepare for meetings, process transactions, manage account maintenance and complete paperwork with accuracy and care. Kelly lives with her husband, Michael, and has three children—Allison, Ashley and Patrick. Whether attending their sports events, traveling with her family or enjoying the outdoors, Kelly brings the same energy and joy to her personal life as she does to her work.

A trusted point of contact for clients and team members alike, Rachel is known for her ability to navigate challenges calmly and thoroughly, ensuring those she serves always feel cared for and confident.

A Path Built on Purpose and Resilience

Rachel holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminology & Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Originally planning for a career in federal law enforcement, she pivoted and found meaningful structure and opportunity through service in the Illinois Army National Guard.

Her military experience—especially in public affairs and leadership—taught her to think strategically, adapt quickly and keep a clear head under pressure. Those same qualities define how she approaches her work today in wealth management.

Rachel joined Wells Fargo in 2021 through the firm’s Investment Contact Center and quickly transitioned into her current role as Senior Client Associate with Jennifer Berry’s, Senior Vice President – Investment Officer, team in Clayton. Her combination of poise, problem-solving ability and natural relationship-building skill has made her an indispensable part of the team.

Rachel is the go-to resource for most day-to-day client needs, from account transfers and new accounts to troubleshooting digital access and banking connections. Clients often reach out to her directly, and she takes great pride in being a steady, responsive presence in their financial lives.

Currently pursuing her FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations, Rachel is committed to ongoing growth and learning—driven by a desire to serve clients even more comprehensively in the future.

A Life of Family and Service Outside the Office

Rachel lives in the St. Louis area with her husband, Dominic, and their two dogs, Phineas and Owen. She serves as a Captain and Public Affairs Officer in the Illinois Army National Guard. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit, running and discovering new restaurants with her husband—both proud foodies always in search of their next great meal.

A Global Perspective, A Passion for Service

Shireen’s career path has literally taken her around the world. After earning her bachelor’s degree in engineering in Baghdad, Iraq, she made the life-changing decision to move to the United States, where she transitioned into the financial industry. She began her career at Chase Bank as a Private Client Banker, working closely with high-net-worth clients and gaining valuable experience in financial services.

While she thrived in a client-facing, sales-oriented role, Shireen recognized that her true strengths lay in operational support and relationship management. In August 2024, she joined Wells Fargo Advisors, where she now focuses on account management, money movements, and helping ensure that client needs are met with care and precision.

Working closely with Jennifer Berry, Senior Vice President-Investment Officer, Financial Advisor, Shireen plays an integral role in maintaining organized workflows and helping ensure smooth financial operations. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of wealth management while offering a personal touch that makes all the difference.

Life Beyond the Office

At home in Chesterfield, Missouri, Shireen’s life revolves around her family. She has been married to Anmaar for 15 years, and together they are raising two children—Zane (13), who is passionate about basketball, and Sarah (8), who excels in gymnastics.

Travel is a big part of Shireen’s life, and she enjoys exploring new cultures with her family. Some of their favorite destinations include Istanbul and Kuala Lumpur, and they are eagerly looking forward to their upcoming trip to Los Cabos.
